Our Promise
We craft every NORAÉ piece with care. If something is not right, we want to make it right.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
Eligible Items
- Nightwear, loungewear and robes: eligible for return if unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact and in original packaging.
- Lingerie (bras, briefs, bodysuits, suspenders): due to hygiene regulations, these items are final sale and cannot be returned — unless they are defective, incorrectly sent, or covered by applicable consumer law.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items, subject to stock availability.
How to Return or Exchange

Email us at returns@norae-luxury.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

We will confirm eligibility and provide you with a return address.

Ship the item securely — we recommend tracked post. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@norae-luxury.com. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
